Location & Directions
Duggan Smith LLP is located in the historic J.P. Andrews Building at 979 Osos Street, Suites E and F, directly across from the San Luis Obispo County Court House. The J.P. Andrews building does not have separate parking facilities. Parking is by meter on Osos, Palm or Monterey. If meter parking is not available, municipal parking garages are available at Morro and Palm. To locate the office, you enter from Osos Street through the door numbered 979. Proceed up the stairs to the hallway on the right. Reception is located in Suite E, which is located at the end of the hallway on the left. If you require handicap access, please indicate this when you schedule an appointment and we will provide appropriate accommodations.
From the North (Highway 1 and 101)
Take Highway 101 south to the Santa Rosa Street off ramp, which ends at a traffic light. Turn right at the light onto Santa Rosa. Take Santa Rosa approximately a quarter of a mile to Palm Street. If you come into San Luis Obispo on Highway 1, it turns into Santa Rosa Street. Make a right hand turn from Santa Rosa onto Palm Street. The first cross street on Palm is Osos Street.
From the South (Highway 101)
Take Highway 101 north to the Osos Street off ramp. Proceed down Osos. Our office is located on Osos, between Palm and Monterey Streets.
From the County Airport
You will exit the Airport and turn left onto State Highway 227. Highway 227 is also called Broad Street. You will proceed on Broad Street for approximately 2 miles, and you will reach Santa Barbara Street. Turn right on Santa Barbara Street, which becomes Osos Street, once you near the downtown area. If you are unable to locate meter parking on Osos, make a left from Osos Street onto Palm Street and proceed one block to the parking garage.
